I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
  • You can reset your password by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tab. Enter your email in the RETURNING CUSTOMER area and then click on RESET MY PASSWORD. You will be sent a link with instructions to reset your password. The link is valid for 10 minutes only. Reset your password as soon as you receive the link. If you are still having problems use the CONTACT US tab to notify us.

How can I make a change to or cancel an existing order?
  • Click on the CONTACT US tab and submit your request. We will respond back promptly with what we can do for you.

How can I check the status of an order I placed?
  • All orders must go thru an approval process before we can process them. If your order has been approved, the normal delivery time is approximately 3 weeks after the approval date. Peak season demands or manufacturers out of stock inventory may increase delivery times. If you order has been approved use the CONTACT US tab on this website to request your order status. If you placed an order and did not receive an approval email, please contact your quartermaster.

I forgot my uniform voucher number. Can you send it to me?
  • Sorry, we cannot send it to you. You should contact your quartermaster to retrieve your voucher number.

I am trying to place an order but I can't add any products to the shopping cart.
  • This is a members only website and you must be logged onto your account before you can place products in the cart and checkout. When you log into your account you will see the ADD TO CART button.
